Choose the time that fits your gathering.

Our event venue rental options give you private access to The Gathering House, including time to prepare the space before your guests arrive and gather everything at the end of your event.

Saturday: $850

A simple option for showers, birthday celebrations, photography sessions, classes and other intimate events.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final rental balance.

  • The Gathering House is designed for intimate events of up to 40 guests.

  • The house can accommodate bridal and baby showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, private dinners, meetings, workshops, pop-ups, classes, photography sessions and other small gatherings.

  • Yes. Your rental includes an additional hour before your event for setup and an additional hour afterward for cleanup and gathering your belongings.

  • Yes. Tables and chairs are included with each rental package.

  • Yes. Your rental includes access to the indoor spaces, Garden Court and Garden Lawn.

  • On-site parking is available for up to four vehicles, with public parking close by. A parking map will be provided upon booking

  • Yes. We encourage you to schedule a private tour so you can experience the house and determine which rental option works best for your event.

  • Begin by submitting your preferred date, event type and approximate guest count. Once your rental details are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.
